Since most of this subfile is identical to 32289as01 it would be possible to create a new subfile, 32289s01 containing all that is common in both files.
Then use that subpart in both 32289as01 and 32289bs01 and then only add the surfaces that make them different.

Missing surfaces.
BFC errors.
Surface bleeding.
Divided surfaces, that shoud be in the main part.
The backside axle hole is not deep enough.

Sorry but you cannot simply widen - for example -42 88 -232. In this case the faces are no longer parallel. IMHO it requires a reconstruction of the corner. Have a look at this code:

1 3 -60 82 -240 0 18 0 7.0711 0 7.0711 -7.0711 0 7.0711 1-4cylo.dat
1 3 -42 82 -240 0 -1 0 1.4142 0 1.4142 1.4142 0 -1.4142 1-4ring4.dat
3 3 -42 88 -232.213 -42 88 -232 -42 82 -232
3 3 -42 88 -232.213 -42 82 -232 -42 85.062 -232.609
3 3 -42 88 -232.213 -42 85.062 -232.609 -42 87.657 -234.343
3 3 -42 88 -232.213 -42 87.657 -234.343 -42 89.071 -232.929
