Looking good, but I'm thinking this can't be right?

2 4 -13.141 22.161 1.774 -11.611 21.031 7.592

Could you also expand the inner structure so that non of the vertices, most important in the forehead, are inside a hi-res minifig head?

No, the inside is still too small.

All vertices on this line should be outside of the head:
2 4 .92 .71 -10.53 .7 .55 -10.35
2 4 .7 .55 -10.35 .71 0 -7.86
2 4 .92 .71 -10.53 2.18 1.36 -11.65
2 4 2.18 1.36 -11.65 3.93 1.51 -10.88
2 4 3.93 1.51 -10.88 6.02 1.86 -10.2
2 4 6.02 1.86 -10.2 7.36 4.12 -10.47

2 4 -2.7 .82 -10.45 -1.77 .56 -10.2
2 4 -1.77 .56 -10.2 -1.78 0 -7.65

And there are also a larger surface, on both sides, inside the head:
3 16 11.0868 -1 -4.5924 12.28 21.04 -5.52 9.53 9.19 -9.02

Sorry, but still not good. The shape of the inside is now big enough, but there is now a set of bad condlines.

After working with Flipper, or adding new vertices by splitting edges, I usually delete all condlines and create new lines.

This surface is folding over on itself:
3 12 -1.3 .6 -10.65 -2.82 .76 -13.2 -2.58 .49 -10.2
3 12 -2.58 .49 -10.2 -2.82 .76 -13.2 -4.73 1.24 -10.84

One hair spoiled the whole soup ;)
There's a loose, long edgeline floating inside the part.

.... thank god it wasn't a fly.

fun on the side ... LDPE is sometimes ... depending on the viewing angle .... quite stubborn ... when drawing a new line .... that can be really annoying.
..and there is a massive time difference between the actual action of deleting such an erroneous line and the implementation in the text editor - this is what happens.

thanks magnus
