In this first version I used an external surface without primitives to precisely follow the profile of the ellipse (center 0, 14, 0, semi-axes 14 and 16.0271).
I have considered that the surface will then be patterned.
In the same way, to better connect the external and internal surfaces, I used many primitives in the 48-sided version in the subpart.
This also to connect the fillet to the cylindrical surfaces, since I did not find an adaptive primitive.

The dimensions in the description should use decimals.

I see no reason to use many hi-res ring and cyli prims in the subfile.
Only the hi-res 4-4con6 is needed.

The outer surface could also be subfiled, maybe as a 1-4 section, and reused 4 times.

I changed the description.
I split the dome into 4 parts and put it in a subpart.

I removed all the fixed references to the 48-sided versions. With low resolution the fillets appear connected to the faces without edges.
