Are you sure of the partnumbers?
In LDD, at Brickset and Brickowl, the complete assembly is known as 20033.

Bricklink use 18913c01 on the assembly.

Where does 18912 come from? Can't find it.
LDD will respond with the assembly if you search a hidden, included partnumber.

I found the assembly reference drawing in digital-bricks.de with the name 18913.
Then I looked for the number of the hull and deck on internet because I saw that they were not always simply linked to the number of the assembly.
I found the code of the deck only on e-bay and on picclick.it.

I don't have the physical piece in hand to read the printed number.

For me we can change it.

Yes, I think we should renumber these parts.

Since we know the number of this assembly I think we should use it.
I suggest renumbering this file to 20033c01

28533+28535 = 28925c01 (with grey deck)
92710+92711 = 92709c01 (with grey deck)
54100+54101 = 54779c01 (with grey deck)
59278+57786 = 59278c01 (with grey deck)
62791+54101 = 62792c01 (with grey deck)

This is not quite consistent, but when we know the correct number it is usually used.

Why 20033c01 rather than 20033?

There might one day be a shortcut with another colour on the deck.
Other boat hull assemblies use c01, even though there is today only one known colour on the deck.

28533+28535 = 28925c01 (with grey deck)
92710+92711 = 92709c01 (with grey deck), 92709c02 (brown), 92709c03 (white),
54100+54101 = 54779c01 (with LBG deck), 54779c02 (with DBG deck)
59278+57786 = 59278c01 (with grey deck)
62791+54101 = 62792c01 (with grey deck)

One could argue that 20033 should be a totally uncolored shortcut. We have one of those already. 92709.dat is uncoloured.

Yes, I think we need the uncoloured shortcuts.
