In an initial phase I would like to talk only about the graphic aspect and the dimensions of the decorations.
Surely there will be errors of realization, but at least at the beginning it is useless to check that all the triangles are correctly connected for 0.0001 if then it is necessary to move a line of 1 or more unit.

Uprights' width 5.
End point of uprights at (36.5 70).
Upright point made with 48 sided circle centre (66.8427 57.4317) radius 32.8427

48 sided circle centre (0 -96.3659) passing for point (0, -35) radius 131.3659

Contains some doubled quads (or to be more precise) areas with doubled surfaces (fully overlapping) in the lower grey area (left and right side).
Contains some needle shaped triangles (or lines) as the surface has some identical vertices in the third bent grey area counted from the bottom at the right side.

@ Steffen and Max. Do you have this part?
The pattern on p02, the only one I have, was very wrong in position.
I don't want to Hold-vote these on a suspicion, but I want to make clear that the position might be very wrong too.

It's the wrong shade of orange.
Should be 191 Bright_Light_Orange, like the rest of the orange parts in this set, 75909, McLaren P1.

I added the note Needs work, in the description and inside the part, to try to unlock the situation.
As done for other parts, we could approve a partial version with the possibility of making it definitive in the future. Especially since any changes do not affect the coupling of the component with other pieces, but only the graphic aspect.

I eliminated also some useless vertex and joined some faces, based on the notes made.

I send to Chris a new version of the reference part, because I moved the conditional lines from the main part to the subpart as is being done elsewhere (43898, 65633).
This allows to reduce the dimensions of the patterned parts and the possibility of errors.
On this occasion I also made some small changes (cancellation of some conditiona lines) that were incorrect in LDPE.
some error indications in the printed parts were due to the conditional lines of the reference part which were in excess and had been copied as they were.

Two triangles hidden behind these quads:
4 10 31.736 14.016 -73.264 28.284 24 -98.284 31.736 24 -94.352 34.64 14.016 -70
4 10 -31.736 24 -94.352 -28.284 24 -98.284 -31.736 14.016 -73.264 -34.64 14.016 -70

I think you should remove the "Need work" comment, from all of these parts. Thats how most patterned parts are made.
The question is rather, Did you use an image taken perpendicular to the top surface?

Corrected the overlapping surfaces.
I have no image available in the y direction.
